For the Baileysgugelhupf, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Cream butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, gradually stir in egg yolks.

Sift flour with baking powder and stir into the yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites, chocolate sprinkles, and Baileys. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.

Allow the Baileysgugelhupf to cool slightly, turn out of the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
