For the flatbread, mix all ingredients together and let rest a little. Divide the dough into about 12 portions. Flatten each portion first by hand.

Then roll out on a floured board with a pasta walker so that they are evenly thick. Heat a little oil in a coated pan and bake the individual patties in it.

They should be golden brown.
