For the banana-chocolate cake, mash the bananas with a fork.

Beat eggs, softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add bananas, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Melt the cooking chocolate and mix in. Add flour and baking powder. Mix everything into a smooth dough.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured springform pan (24 cm) and bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.

Remove the banana-chocolate cake from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
