Instructions:

Form fingers from shortcrust pastry. Press an almond on one end.

Remove the almond, apply sugar writing in the “nail bed” and replace the almond.

Also apply sugar lettering to the cut end. Cut the folds with a knife.

Bake the witch fingers at 160 °C convection oven for approx. 15 minutes.
