A pie recipe for all foodies:

Grease a pie dish (26 to 28 cm ø) with a little bit of the oil. Remove the skin from the apples, cut them into quarters or sixths, depending on their size, and cut them into thin slices. Remove the skin from the pears, cut them in half and slice them lengthwise. Put the prepared fruit into the pie dish. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar , the remaining oil, the eggs and the flour to a batter. The last step is to add the milk. Pour the batter – it has a consistency like pancake batter – over the fruit and put the pan in the heated oven (second rack from the bottom). Bake at 200 to 225 °C (gas mark 3-4) for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and serve while still warm.
