For the tofu salad, cut the tofu into cubes and leave the cubes to marinate overnight. Variant 1: Chop the vegetables for the salad, mix with vinegar and oil, season to taste and then mix with the tofu pieces. Variation 2: Fry the tofu pieces and arrange on lettuce.
