For the oatmeal cookies “Bear”, cream the butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, grated orange zest and egg. Mix in the oat flakes, nuts and a pinch of salt.
Mix the flour with baking soda and knead in. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out bear cookies.
Place on a greased baking tray. Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 170 °C convection oven.
