Dough: Mix flour, yeast and salt in a wide bowl.

Roll out yeast dough on greased baking sheet, prick a few times with a fork. Dry potatoes on paper towel, alternate slices of potatoes and tomatoes and spread evenly on dough like a roof tile. Drizzle with soybean oil, sprinkle with salt and oregano. Put the pizza in the cold oven and bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes. Bring to the table hot cut into pieces.

Mix flour, steam, the remaining water and olive oil to a dough. Continue to knead heartily for about 10 min. until the dough is elastic and no longer sticks. Cover and rise in a warm place another 20-30 min. until doubled in volume.

Preheat stove to 250 degrees F. Thinly coat baking sheet with cornmeal.

Blanch (scald) tomatoes with boiling hot water, stand briefly and peel. Cut peeled tomatoes in half, remove seeds, chop tomato flesh into small cubes. Remove the stem and seeds from the halved peppers, rinse under running water, cut into narrow strips.
