First, beat the kitchen-warm butter with sugar. Gradually add the eggs and cinnamon and beat until very fluffy. Then add the flour and apples and mix well.
Place the mixture on a greased baking tray (or lined with baking paper) with a tablespoon and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes (until the edges take on color).
Sugar hot with vanilla sugar and serve with whipped cream.
