Instructions:

For the triple chocolate slices, preheat the oven to 180°C degrees. Cream the softened butter with the powdered sugar. Separate the eggs and stir the yolks into the butter mixture. Melt the chocolate and stir it in after it has cooled down a bit. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the dough alternately with the nuts and the flour-baking powder mixture. Spread the mixture on a greased or baking paper-lined tray and bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C degrees.

Let the cake cool down.

In the meantime, prepare the cream. Mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Melt the chocolate and add it by the spoonful to the butter mixture. Gradually add the coconut, vanilla sugar and rum. Spread the cream evenly over the cake. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in 1/8 l whipping cream and spread the glaze over the triple chocolate slices.
