Cut the tomatoes and the cheese into cubes and mix well in a container with the oil, the basil leaves, salt and pepper.

Leave to rest for at least 20 minutes. Then mix well in a bowl with the pasta cooked al dente in the meantime and serve lukewarm on the spot.

You can also refine the sauce with pieces of green capers or olives.
