For the syrup from rock pear fruits wash and sort rock pear fruits, boil with 100 g sugar and water. Then simmer for about 5 minutes, drain through a juice cloth overnight.

Then squeeze the cloth well. Boil the liquid with the remaining sugar and pour the syrup from rock pear fruits still boiling hot into clean twist-off bottles.
