Cut the peeled pumpkin into large cubes and sauté with the chopped onion. With white wine and perhaps a little bit of water or vegetable soup pour and soften, season with salt, whipped cream and pumpkin with the blender or tour mixer finely. When serving, sprinkle with roasted pumpkin seeds and black bread cubes, drizzle with a few drops of seed oil.
