For the Coconut Kiss ice cream, mix curd, crème fraîche, sugar and lemon juice with a hand mixer until smooth. Add Coconut Kiss and roughly fold in so that the icing pieces are not too small.
Add cream and stir in. Blend in ice cream maker for about 20-25 minutes until creamy (be careful – freezes quickly). Arrange as desired and enjoy.
