For the orange-pumpkin soup with curry powder, finely dice the onions and sauté in clarified butter, sprinkle curry powder on top and let it steam.
Add the pumpkin cubes and fry them briefly as well. Then pour in vegetable soup. When the vegetables are soft, puree everything and mix in ginger and orange juice.
