For the cannelloni with country cream cheese grate Emmentaler and mountain cheese. Mix cream cheese, eggs, 3 tablespoons of grated Emmental, 2 tablespoons of grated mountain cheese, parsley and spices. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and put them in the greased baking dish.

Season the tomatoes with Italian herbs, some bouillon cube and olive oil and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
