For the sweet pizza with ricotta and strawberries, dissolve the yeast with the sugar and salt in the lukewarm milk and knead with the flour. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes.

Then knead again and roll out thinly on a floured work surface and let rise again for about 10 minutes.

Mix the ricotta with the honey and spread on the pizza. Leave the edges free and brush with a little melted butter.

Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 °C for 18-20 minutes.

Cut the strawberries into small cubes and sprinkle them on the finished pizza.

Garnish the sweet pizza with ricotta and strawberries with mint leaves, chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate.
