Yogurt or ferment in a Weitling form syrup and finally add the milk gradually Fill in the yogurt jars and off into the yogurt maker If you do not have a yogurt maker, here is another simple recipe with Tupper cups:
Yogurt made with UHT milk_ 1ooo ml UHT milk (3, 5%), 2 tbsp skim milk powder 2oo g yogurt (3, 5%), counterclockwise Stir all ingredients at room temperature, fill into 9 small Tupper cups and pour into the strainer-servicer (without strainer insert) Form (cup without lid) which is filled with boiling hot water. Close the sieve-servicer and wrap it well in a terry towel. After about 12 hours the yogurt is ready. Take out the yogurt and close it with the lids . Shelf life is about 2 weeks. The yogurt is not as firm as in the yogurt maker.
The yogurt can also be prepared with UHT milk (1.5 %), but then please also use yogurt with 1.5 % fat.
Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
