Rinse the flowers and lemons. Cut the lemons into slices or small pieces.

Everything with the water and sugar in a large fermentation balloon form, fermentation tube on it and 2-3 days at room temperature stand. After that, the juice is sufficiently infused and can be made “ready for consumption”.

To do this, strain the juice and add sugar and the juice of a lemon to taste. Then put it in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.

Or: add another 500-600g of sugar, a little wine yeast and ferment in a fermentation balloon for another 1 week. Now put it in the fridge and use it up as soon as possible. Does not have alcohol, but tastes very tasty due to the carbonic acid.
