Sponge cake:

Mix eggs, 3 tbsp tap water, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Pour into a cake springform pan (280 mm ø) lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200° Celsius for about 25 min.

Loosen the mold, cool the cake.

Filling:

Mix yogurt, sugar vanillin sugar. Soak gelatine, melt, add rum. Stir into the yogurt. When the mixture starts to gelatinize, add whipped cream and berries. Split the sponge 1x, drizzle with liqueur, fill with yogurt. Close the edge of the mold again. Let the cake become firm. Decorate.
