Instructions:

Mix yogurt and curd cheese and season with pepper, salt and juice of one lemon.

Add the kitchen herbs. Remove the peel from the onion and garlic cloves and dice them very finely.

Add the egg, mint, breadcrumbs and paradeis pulp to the mince and knead. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Form 20-24 small dumplings with moistened hands and fry them in hot oil for 5-8 minutes, turning frequently.

Drain well on paper towels and serve with the sauce.

Serve with pita bread.
