Total time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Instructions:

– Ham bacon black pepper pepper – from from the mill.

Make washed potatoes as cooked, peeled potatoes. Remove the peel from the onions and cut them into strips. Cut bacon into narrow slices or coarsely dice. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the bacon and onions in it. Drain the potatoes, rinse, peel and also cut into slices or cubes. Add to the frying pan and fry until crispy brown. Only now mix with the diced cooked ham. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve in a frying pan.

Serve with one raw egg yolk or fried egg per person.

As a drink, cool beer and an ice-cold aquavit go exceptionally well.

Court: Use only 500 g of potatoes, but instead of bacon 500 g of roasted or possibly boiled beef and 250 g of boiled ham. To this we add raw egg yolks or possibly fried eggs as well.

Burda

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
