Instructions:

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Stir a dough from flour, egg yolk and cow’s milk, add a little salt.

Let it swell for about 15 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the dough (do not stir!).

Bake thinly to the end.

Preparation variations:

Chop onions and brown, after some time add breakfast bacon.

When the bacon is done, pour the pancake batter over the bacon and fry until done.

Brown the cooked ham in the frying pan, pour the pancake batter over it and cover it all together on the spot with a slice of cheese. This variation should be tested in a coated frying pan so that the cheese does not stick.

Just finish baking plain and serve with various jams or with melted sugar and butter and cinnamon.
