For the mince with peppers, chickpeas and millet, first cook the millet in vegetable soup. Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips and the tomato into quarters.
Heat oil and fry onion until translucent. Add minced meat and fry until hot. Add bell bell pepper and fry until hot. Add chickpeas, tomato pieces and beef broth and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve the minced meat with peppers, chickpeas and millet.
