For the wholemeal casserole, first beat the egg whites with salt until stiff and chill. Then whisk egg yolks with honey until foamy. Gently mix flour, egg whites and yolk mixture with a spatula, do not stir, but fold in.

Grease any baking dish and pour in the mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve drizzled with the amaretto.
