For the tuna and feta cheese sandwiches, drain the tuna well and mash it with the feta cheese using a fork.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

Stir the yogurt, onion pieces and parsley into the cheese and tuna mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the cream evenly on the toast slices and top one half with the cucumber slices, corn kernels and lettuce leaves.

Place the remaining slices of bread on top and press down firmly.

Cut the tuna and feta cheese sandwiches diagonally into triangles.
