For the apple pie, make a shortcrust pastry with flour, butter, sugar, egg, cocoa, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and let it rest a bit.

In the meantime, peel and chop the apples. Sauté them in a little water. Put the short pastry in a baking pan and pre-bake for 10 minutes.

Now spread the apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and the raisins, press down a little and bake for 15 minutes.

Cook the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and empty it on the baked cake. Let the apple pie cool and enjoy.
