Instructions:

Peel garlic cloves and chop finely. Wash and coarsely chop Chinese cabbage and spinach. Cut open red chili, remove seeds and chop flesh to taste. Cut green chilies into pieces as well.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry chilies and garlic briefly until hot. Add Chinese cabbage, spinach and green beans and fry them hot as well. After about 2 minutes, add honey, soy sauce and fish sauce and toss everything again.
