Mix ginger powder, salt, flour and baking powder. Add light butter or butter, cooled, in pieces, rub with flour until evenly crumbly. Stir through raw sugar, maple syrup and half cream, add, combine to form a dough. Form a roll of 3-5 cm 0, wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for about 1 hour, then cut into slices about 5 mm thick.

Bake: Approx. 18 min. in the middle of c 180Q.
