Dice pork and season with salt and pepper. Peel onions and cut into rings, garlic into tiny cubes. Remove seeds from peppers and dice as well. Cut raw potatoes into pieces. Loosen sauerkraut; if too sour, rinse. Heat oil in a casserole, sauté onions in it until translucent, as well as garlic. Add the meat, then the peppers, potatoes and cabbage. Sauté at high temperature. Add spices and paradeis pulp, pour in clear soup and simmer at low temperature for 45 minutes. Finally, add sour cream and simmer for a few more min on low heat.
