Instructions:

For the creamy onion soup with two kinds of ingredients, first peel the onions and garlic, cut the onions into rings, finely chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic and onions until golden. Caramelize with sugar and deglaze with Noilly Prat and Madeira. Add vegetable stock and cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.

Add sour cream to soup and whip with stand mixer until very creamy. Before serving, whip it up with a hand blender.

For the baked onion, peel the onions, cut into 5 mm thick slices and coat in flour. Beat the egg. Pull the onion through the egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded onions until golden.

For the onion candy, lay out strudel sheet and cut into 10 cm squares. Peel onions and cut into fine strips. Heat chili oil in a pan and fry the onion strips in it until golden and season. Allow to cool slightly. Stir in egg and breadcrumbs.

Brush strudel squares with melted butter and place onion mixture in the center. Roll up, twist ends together (candy) and brush with beaten egg. Place candies on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until crispy. Serve creamy onion soup with two kinds of garnish.
