Instructions:

Cut the potato into quarters and place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees.

The salmon I always make in the steamer, there it becomes the best..for 20 min in the steamer.

Roast the vegetables in a pan with salt.

Then mix sour cream with salt and chives and refrigerate.

Put everything together on a plate…it tastes delicious and perfect for hot summer days.
