Cook the leg slice and Kassler in salted water until almost done, then strain the clear soup. Pour the Stilmus into a saucepan and add the clear soup. When the Stilmus is boiling, add the diced potatoes, place the meat and the sausage spread several times with a fork on the mess, season as desired, e.g. with Knorr Aromat and cook everything. Place on the plates and pour a little whipped cream over each.
