(*) Soy, the meat from the field Mix well the minced meat with tofu, shallots, garlic, tomato concentrate, cornstarch (maize starch) and breadcrumbs. Season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and cumin. Form small balls and roll them in bread crumbs.

Heat the soybean oil and fry the balls until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, place on kitchen roll so that the fat drips off well and bring to the table.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried ones.
