For the chili cheeseburger, mix the meat with half a teaspoon of mustard. Chop the chili pepper very finely and mix into the meat, season with salt and pepper and form 4 patties.
Cut the hamburger buns apart and set aside. Slice the tomato, onion, lettuce, pickle, cheese and jalapenos and set aside. Mix together the ketchup and mustard.
Now, place the halved buns inside out in a non-stick skillet and lightly fry over medium heat. Fry the loaves in a little olive oil on both sides as well.
While still in the pan, place a slice of cheese on top of each loaf and allow to melt. Spread the bottom of the burger patty with the ketchup/mustard mixture, place a lettuce leaf on top, place the chili meat patty on top and top with tomato, onion, cucumber, jalapenos.
Put the bread lid on top and enjoy right away.
