Rub the chickens very well with a marinade of olive oil, barbecue salt and pepper.

Let the chickens marinate for about 3 hours.

Preheat the grill to approx. 200 °C and place the chickens in a roasting pan.

Roast the chickens for approx. 1 hour in the closed kettle grill.
