1) Finely slice the cucumber. Spread bread with a little bit of salad cream.

2) Cover 1 slice of bread with cucumber and salmon slices. Spread remaining salad cream on salmon, sprinkle with dill and pepper. Cover with 2nd slice of bread, garnish with dill and lemon.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
