For the dressing, mash the pear halves with a tiny bit of juice, vinegar, oil and a tiny bit of salt. In a baking dish, arrange the spinach with the pear slices and walnuts. Drizzle with the dressing and stir gently. Serve immediately so that the spinach leaves do not fall apart.
