For the passion fruit tomato chutney, score the cherry tomatoes and squeeze them a bit or alternatively cut larger tomatoes into small pieces. Melt the cane sugar in a pan and pour over the passion fruit juice and wine. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and simmer until there are no more sugar pieces and the mixture is nice and thick. Mix in the tomatoes and basil leaves and finish with salt and pepper to taste.
