For the crab zucchini pan, heat oil and cook zucchini strips in it. Remove from the pan. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Now sauté diced onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent.

Add the bell pepper strips, sauté briefly, dust with a little flour and pour in the soup. Add the zucchini strips. Season with salt and pepper. Steam for 20 minutes in a closed saucepan, then add the juice of a lemon, Tabasco and soy sauce.

Just before serving, add the shrimp and warm, but do not cook.

Serve with the crab zucchini pan wild rice and crisp leaf salad!
