Puff Pastry Rolls

For the puff pastry rolls, roll out the puff pastry and cut into long triangles with a pastry wheel. Put some jam on the narrow side and roll up.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. When cooled, sprinkle thickly with sugar.
