For savory puff pastry rolls, first cut puff pastry into strips and wind onto small foam roll molds. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds and coarse sea salt. Then bake in the oven until golden brown. Allow the finished rolls to cool, and then remove them from the foam roll molds.

In the meantime, prepare the cream for the rolls. Mix cream cheese, curd cheese, cream, salt, pepper and horseradish. Pour into a piping bag and fill into the cooled rolls. Serve the spicy puff pastry rolls.
