For the chicken green and white, prepare the rice according to instructions and set aside. Chop garlic and sauté in oil. Cut meat into bite-sized pieces, rinse, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper.

Sear in the pan until hot. Add peas, bean sprouts, and snow peas, deglaze with soy sauce.

Add rice and dilute with a little water if needed. Season with chili and ginger.
