Puff Pastry Cinnamon Buns

For the puff pastry cinnamon buns, sprinkle a rectangular puff pastry all over with sugar and cinnamon. Then roll up the puff pastry from the two longer sides to the center.

In the middle, the two rolls meet. Now cut off slices about 1 cm thick and place them on a baking tray.

Then bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes at top and bottom heat.
