Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook potatoes in their skins until soft on the stove, peel and press through a potato ricer.

Strain flour into a container. Press an indentation in the middle. Crumble yeast into it, mix with sugar and lukewarm cow’s milk, let stand 1000 cmin.

Beat eggs, potatoes, curd, pepper and salt with mixer with dough hook in 5 min. until dough forms. Let the dough rise until it has visibly increased in size.

Arrange dough on floured surface to form tubular noodles and place close together in buttered gratin dish. (Number: servings x3) Brush the tubular noodles with the egg yolk and let them rise one more time. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Put on the table immediately.
