For the fitness salad, cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, wash, remove the stalk and drain well.

Cut asparagus a little bit small, garnish on the salad alternating with strawberries and feta cheese cut a little bit small.
Spread the chicken pieces on the fitness salad and serve.
