For the salmon with potatoes and vegetables from the baking tray, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch for 3 minutes. Then drain.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the slices of potatoes on the baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the olive oil. Season with a little salt and pepper and bake in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the salmon into 4 equal pieces. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and clean the asparagus. Then remove the baking tray from the oven.

Arrange the broccoli, salmon, cocktail tomatoes, asparagus and the pancetta over the slices of potatoes. Sprinkle with oregano. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, cut the lime in half and sprinkle with the juice. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
