A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Cut the cleaned mushrooms into slices. In a saucepan, heat the butter with a few tablespoons of oil, add the chopped garlic and then the mushrooms. Sauté over high heat until soft, sprinkle with wine, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes over moderate heat.
Cook the polenta with salted water and corn flour. When the cooking time is finished (see basic recipe for polenta) turn it out onto a plate. Spread the mushrooms evenly over it and sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
