Try this delicious cake recipe:
(*) For 4 springform pans of about 12 cm ø each.
For the base, place the Guetzli in a plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin. Mix the Guetzlikruemel with the butter.
Cover the bottoms of the ramekins with parchment paper, butter the edges, then place the ramekins on the baking tray. Spread guetzl mixture evenly in prepared ramekins, flatten with the back of a spoon. Spread blueberries evenly on top.
For the topping, mix all ingredients well. Pour over the blueberries.
Bake in the lower part of the oven heated to 180 °C for thirty to forty minutes. Cool in the ramekins.
Cover and leave to cool for at least one night.
Before serving, remove springforms and parchment paper, garnish.
Tips Bake the entire amount in a 24-26 cm dia. cake springform pan for fifty to sixty minutes.
Use blueberries instead of blueberries.
