For the sweet potato wedges scrub the sweet potatoes, divide them into narrow wedges (the thickest part should not be thicker than max 2 cm) cover a baking tray with baking paper, preheat oven to 200 degrees (without hot air).

Put sweet potato pieces in a large plastic container for which you have a lid. Put oil and spice mixture also in the bowl, close lid tightly and then shake for a while so that spices and oil stick neatly to the sweet potatoes.

Open the container, put the sweet potato pieces on the tray, put them in the hot oven and eat them after 15 minutes.
